Conclusive studies have shown this tissue to be identical and, in fact, arousal of the male prostate will produce a very similar orgasm. Grafenberg (http://doctorg.com/Grafenberg.htm) was very clear in his famous article that he was talking about the female prostate. The term ‘G Spot’ was a brilliant marketing term by the publishers of the 1984 best selling book, "The G Spot and Other Recent Discoveries About Sex."
