Smoking Without Smoke To Prevent Smoking Ban

The SuperSmoker is an electronic alternative to a normal cigarette, which allows you to beat the smoking ban.
The device contains nicotine, has a real cigarette filter tip and even produces a vapour that looks like real smoke.
It's manufacturers claim that it doesn't contain any carcinogenic substances because it doesn't burn tobacco and is therefore completely legal to smoke in public places.
Lulu gave it a puff and this was her review of it.
"The cigarette reminded me of the days when you could buy fake cigarettes in a sweet shop, a must for every child wanting to mirror their mummy or daddy.
But times have changed and, in this politically correct world, it wouldn’t have the same appeal.
The cigarette “experience” is complicated to work out – the battery needs to be charged beforehand - it’s heavy and the “drag” is pure nicotine.
You have to have the lungs of a non-smoker to inhale successfully and, when I did finally manage it, I was left with a strange unappealing aftertaste.
To give the effect of a real fag, the cigarette lights up at the end as you inhale. But it’s a battery-operated light. Spooky.
I don’t think I’m a dedicated enough smoker to appreciate fully the benefits. I can imagine it would be fun for the young at heart to use it provocatively in a pub to wind up staff and customers but what then?
I can’t help feeling it’s better as a thought than a practicality. Rather like the couple who took to the air for their wedding. A great idea after a few drinks, but not one that’s likely to stand the test of time."
