Actor Check Into Rehab To Cure His Sex Addiction

TV's Californication and The X Files star David Duchovny has checked into rehab for sex addiction.
In a statement released by his lawyer Stanton Stein, the actor said he had entered a rehabilitation facility and had done so "voluntarily".
The 48-year-old plays sex-obsessed character 'Hank Moody' in the hit TV series 'Californication,' which has recently aired on Channel 5.
Duchovny rose to fame playing FBI agent Fox Mulder in The X Files, which began in 1993.
A second spin-off feature film of The X Files - 'I Want To Believe' was released in UK cinemas in July.
Duchovny has been married to actress Tea Leoni since 1997, the couple have two children.
Californication earned Emmy nominations for casting and cinematography.
The show's second season begins September 28.
