Humans are just like machine. If we take good care of our life style, we can live longer than expected. Many people do not understand that small changes in our lifestyle can prolong our life. Recently there's a new study revealed that by giving up smoking, cutting down on booze and eating your greens can add as much as 14 years to our life.

Researchers at Cambridge University found that adopting four principles of healthy living have a massive impact on life expectancy. The study looked at the effects of stopping smoking, exercising, drinking less alcohol and eating five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.
