Britney Spears loses her children

The court has given sole custody of Britney Spears's children to her ex-husband Kevin Federline and suspended all her visitation rights.

All these happens after the troubled pop star was taken to hospital for psychological tests. Police have to attend her home following a row over custody of her young sons (Sean Preston and Jayden James) and Spears was taken out on a stretcher to a waiting ambulance after a tense three-hour stand-off.

She had to be restrained on her way to hospital.

Britnes Spears had been under the influence of an unknown substance after investigation.

Six police cars, two ambulances and a fire engine were called to her home as the row escalated. Police became involved when Spears failed to hand back her children to ex-husband Kevin Federline after a visit.

Spears and Federline were married in October 2004 and divorced in July 2007.

Another round of hearing has been set on 14th January 08 to determine how the bitter custody battle is to proceed.
