One of the revelation of internet world is YouTube. It`s been rated as one of the most visited website in the world now. People just can`t stop visiting YouTube and the number is increasing day by day. Imagine, with YouTube, you can share your favourite video clip with the people around the world. It`s fun to do it. I came across YouTube a couple of years ago by accident. When I first recognized YouTube, I was like "Oh my god! This is bloody awesome!". Gosh, I just cannot stop talking about YouTube. Not only me, but also my group of buddies as well particularly Damon. Everyone knows he`s a cool board skater. Sometimes he will come out with new board skating tricks. Unfortunately we are world parts away. Damon is in Seattle while I`m in Chicago. I can`t witness his tricks. However thanks to YouTube again. Damon was able to capture those awesome tricks on video and share with through YouTube. The feeling was like watching a live skate boarding show. Mich just call me minutes ago and she was mentioning a cool website called Superbad Youtube. She told me it was so damn cool that she can`t stop sharing with the rest. Out of curiosity, after checking it out, and YES! Mich is hell right! I`m not going to say how good it is, until you witness yourself. I bet you`ll be spellbound by it!

There dead line is around the corner. I'm almost 100% complete this report. My boss can wait and is looking forward for it. So do it. This report is going to determine my year end review. Which means my promotion relies on this report. And guess what? After months of hardwork, my report just vanished within seconds! The organization really pissed me off. This is the 3rd organization change in 2 years. The reason given is that they are moving into a strategic approached. But everyone knows that the change is the respond to customer complain. There's something wrong somewhere in the organization, but nobody want to admit it. Working people like me have to face tremendous pressure from the management. Sometimes I feel that they don't even give a damn about our job nature. All they know is the profit sharing, business trips and bonuses. Other than that it means nothing to them. Part of high headcount turn over is also due to this. Engineers are leaving the company, because they feel that they are not protected and unwanted by the management. I do pity these engineers, where I feel that they are the unpolished diamonds. Managers suppose to nurture and train them. To me, this is the failure of the organization. Supposely it should be change for good, but it's vice versa. I start looking at myself. The concern of job security is very bad now. I don't feel job secured at all. However when I look around, the negative thing is that there are not many multi national company that I could go for. I'm already at the so called the best company in town. What should I do now? Starting a business really catch my attention now. But the worries is there. I got zero knowledge of running the business. And taking a career risk is a very big step for me. I doesn't know where to start and how to move on. Whenever I flip through business magazines, there are so many successful businessman who are doing extremely well. The sudden urge to be in the circle of businessman is so strong. The weather has been very unpredictable nowadays. In just a day time, the weather over here fluctuates from 15 degree celcius to 27 degree celcius. This is what I call weather madness! The day before every brand new day, people often kept their eye glue to the weather channel before walk out from the house. But sometimes even the weather forecast also cannot give an accurate weather infos. Being so, pathetic, I never fail to leave the house without a wind breaker and umbrella. Damn, those items kept my bag full and heavy. Gosh, this was looks like those days. When I look around, I sense that we are not living in a healthy manner like before. Today, there are just so many chemical plants built along the river. I can see wasted chemicals disposed into the river like no body business. These factory owners claim that these disposed chemicals will not cause any harm to the river. But again, I'm seeing dead fishes floating on the water surface. Villagers at the river bank are getting worry as this directly impact on ther livelihood. Imagine the river is their source of water supply. If it's polluted where else can they get clean water? There are times I just feel angry where humans are killing ourself for the sake of greed. We often blame the governments or NGOs are not doing a decent job of tackling these issues, however in my point of view, everything start within ourself before start looking at others. Based on the situation today, I can already foresee the outlooks of tomorrow. The next generation will not be able to enjoy the nature like before. Nature will be destroyed by us, if we don't stop what we are doing today. What we can do today today as a consumer, we can reduce or avoid using environment harmful materials. In the mean time we need to raise the environment awareness with the young generation to develop a caring or loving manner towards nature. BP take this chance to lead the way by taking part in a lot of environment awareness activities. This is a motivational move to generate other followers, with the hope of saving the world. I'm very impressed and proud of what BP has done. This is bloody awesome!
